An estimate, not a quote. Pick a service, add extras and choose care, and the receipt prints line by line. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked; the proposal is authoritative.

Launch setup is included for the agreed production route in every build. Integrations beyond those included are extras on any build. An App handover also includes the source code, data and store listings, and the release covers the app stores where they are in scope.
No hand-offs The person you talk to is the person designing and building it, start to finish.
After the aftercare Optional monthly care keeps the site checked, current and moving. See care plans ↗

Apps are priced by the tasks people need to complete and the workflows behind them. Deliverables, what “done” means and the cost are agreed before the build starts.
Tell me what it needs to doResearch is part of every build. If the workflows are still too uncertain to price responsibly, Strategy & Scope comes first; it is explained just below.
Agreed screens and states, responsive layouts, a prototype where it helps, and a reusable design system. The proposal names the screens and the review milestones.
Each feature is a deliverable: who can do what, which records change and what happens when something fails. Accounts, dashboards, booking rules or search are scoped only when the product needs them.
Payments, email, external APIs, imports and device data are separate packages, each naming the provider, data, failure handling and access. Provider fees are listed on their own.
Acceptance checks, permissions and error paths, device testing, production setup and a practical handover. Migration, offline behaviour and monitoring are stated as in or out.
Your proposal lists scope, deliverables, fees and payment milestones, and every invoice points back to it. Anything extra is quoted before it starts.
A short paid phase that settles what the product must do, what it leaves out and what the first release costs. You keep the written direction and release scope, and the £350 is fully credited toward the accepted build.
Clear projects skip it and go straight from the fit call to a proposal.
Availability, deposits, cancellations and rescheduling mapped out, with a provider recommendation.
An actor map, commission and moderation options, and the scope of a responsible first release.
Model and data access, human approval points, cost assumptions and a test plan.
Checkout, failure, refund and duplicate-event handling with acceptance checks.

A free call of 20 minutes. We check goals, fit, budget and the next step: a proposal, or Strategy & Scope first if important unknowns remain.
Free · 20 minutesScope, exclusions, timeline and fee, in writing. For Website and Platform, 50% books your start and the other 50% is due within seven calendar days of launch.
Written proposal · 50% to bookA written update and preview every week: what is done, what is next and anything I need from you. We meet at each review milestone.
Weekly updates · review milestonesIt goes live first. Files, documentation and account access are handed over once the balance is paid. After the aftercare it is your call: monthly care, or a clean break with everything in your hands.
Live, then handoverAfter booking, one private page shows where your project stands, what needs deciding and what has been delivered. The checks I run on my side land there in plain words, so you see what I see without asking.
Nothing is charged before we have talked. For Website and Platform, 50% books the project and the rest is due within seven calendar days of launch. App payments follow the milestones in your proposal. Handover follows the final payment.
I reply within one business day, usually with a time for the free 20 minute fit call. If the work is clear we go straight to a written proposal; if important unknowns remain I suggest Strategy & Scope first. For Website and Platform, 50% books your start date, you get a written update and a preview every week, and we meet at each review milestone. It goes live, the balance is due within seven calendar days, and then files, documentation and account access are handed over. After the 30 days of aftercare it is your call: monthly care keeps me on it, or the handover is the end and everything is yours.
Twenty minutes tells us both whether it is a fit and what the right next step is, so the proposal prices what you actually need. If important unknowns remain, I suggest Strategy & Scope first.
A Launch client receives a £200 credit, applied once to a later Website, Platform, or App / Marketplace build for the same product. The proposal shows the original total and the credit separately.
One to three custom-designed pages using your brand and content, a responsive build, a contact form, basic SEO and light polish of the assets you supply. CMS, full copywriting, brand assets, integrations and custom 3D are quoted as extras; full identity work is a separate project. Two consolidated feedback rounds and 30 days of aftercare are included.
Up to six pages, two CMS collections, a design system and one named workflow, such as appointment booking or transactional email. Accounts, payments and complex workflows are quoted separately. Two consolidated feedback rounds and 30 days of aftercare are included.
Anything with accounts, payments or custom workflows at its core: apps, marketplaces and SaaS products, scoped from £2,500. Scope, timeline and fee are agreed after the fit call, and after Strategy & Scope if it is needed.
Website usually takes 1–2 weeks and Platform 3–5 weeks, counted from the agreed start once content and access are ready. App timelines are set in the proposal.
Website and Platform include two consolidated feedback rounds: one on the design direction, one on the working preview. Fixing defects never uses a round. New pages, features or further changes of preference are quoted before work starts.
Yes. After the final payment you receive the agreed files, documentation and account access. Third-party tools and licences are named in the proposal, with their own terms and fees.
Website and Platform include 30 days of aftercare from launch: defect fixes, a handover walkthrough and up to two hours of small changes to supplied text or images. After that, care is optional and monthly; the Ongoing care tab lists the plans, fees and hours. Larger work is quoted before it starts.
