Ciprian Titire
I design the identity and build the thing it lives in. Websites, web apps and visual experiences, from the first sketch through to launch.
The background
I'm a UK-based designer and web developer, born in Romania. My first websites were self-taught experiments in HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver at age eleven. Design later became part of running venues, promoting events and making live visuals.
That experience still informs my work: how something feels, how people find their way through it, and what has to happen behind the scenes for it to work. Today I work independently as titi.re. You speak directly to the person designing and building your project.
I use Figma and Framer alongside HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, GSAP, WebGL and Supabase. AI-assisted development is part of my workflow, from planning through implementation.

NOCTVM
A nightlife-discovery progressive web app for Bucharest, designed in Figma and built with Next.js and Supabase. My work spans the interface, authentication, live map and deployment.
Dominik Detailing
Brand identity and a booking website for a UK car-detailing business, bringing its services and booking journey online.
Branding & independent projects
Identity and logo work includes Cotton Beach, Vintage Pub and Arterria. My portfolio also includes DATUM, a Framer template, and ASPECT, a property template currently in progress.

Live visuals & event production

Organising club nights and private events in Constanța: booking, venue setup, stakeholder communication and on-the-night operations, alongside live visuals and projection mapping.
Hospitality & small businesses
2012–2019
From bartender to manager at Cotton Mamaia, with design and social media work for the family beach-bar business. Other ventures included Arterria Bistro & Gallery, Hammock Beach rentals and Vape Nation.
Delivery & a return to design
2019–2022 · 2024–July 2026
Multi-drop delivery work across UK routes. Between those periods, I completed a UI/UX design course and rebuilt my practice around Figma and user-centred methods.
